It was a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the comforts we needed. The location was ideal, close to key attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast spread was outstanding.

Vivanta begumpet stay was good, i wanted early check in and late check out, both was managed well by the front desk. Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast spread was good, taste wise okay. Easily accessible hotel, very supportive staff

i recently stayed at vivanta in hyderabad, and honestly, it was an absolutely dreadful experience. the hotel is no different from any mediocre, run-of-the-mill establishment, despite their exorbitant per-night charges. the service and hospitality were appalling and didn’t come close to justifying the high price. the staff was painfully slow and utterly indifferent to guest concerns. the interiors were outdated, and the mattresses were deplorable — i could feel the springs poking through, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. they only have two luggage trollies to serve all guests, meaning you’ll be waiting for half an hour just to get your bags down. as for the buffet, while the spread was vast, the food was tasteless and unappetizing. it felt more like a bland, uninspired attempt at variety than anything truly enjoyable. the only noticeable change from other hotels was the “vivanta by taj” tagline, which, honestly, feels like a mere branding gimmick to cover up the overall lack of quality and attention to detail. it’s clear this hotel doesn’t live up to its claims or reputation. i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay.

Travel-led with family assuming it is a five star property by taj. But the hotel infrastructure is not at that level. It is like a 3. 5 star property. Service is very good. It is centrally located

Property is centrally located and well maintained, obviously live’s upto the expectation of taj brand. From front desk to housekeeping, f&b was all amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Just an average place nothing like a vivanta or taj hospitality

Location is not so good the turn from cut is dangerous. Breakfast menu is very poor, quality of fruits too is poor. Tea bags variety kept in room too is poor. Gym too poorly equipped with no equipment for stretching. Overall just an average place and experience.

I liked the location of the property very much as the commuting facilities are very good. The food was very good. I found it very tasty. Very good facilities were provided during my stay better than what i had heard. The service was amazing abed my coming to india was successful. Thank you vivanta and team i was very much impressed with your services and amenities. I love to come back again and surely suggest others to prefer for stay at your hotel. Thank you again.

The hotel bothers you even after making payments, calls with reminders. Rooms are jut okay, not great, food spread is good but quality needs improvments. Average service, no hand towel in wasroom, toiletries in room are in cheap plastic bottle. Overall, disappointing stay.

The rooms were relatively not well lit. The staff's behaviour was not very pleasant. The room that was initially allotted me was dirty with broken lights in washroom and dirty mirror with maroon liquid splattered all over. The room smelt really weird.

I recently stayed at hotel taj vivanta, hyderabad for three days, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel location is good, cleanliness, service and other facilities were also good. A few things are that the tv was not working, and was provided with twin beds for 2 adults and 2 children which were uncomfortable to sleep. We got an extra mattress but then the twin beds were uncomfortable for 3 people to sleep, it should have been 1 queen size bed and 1 mattress. Rest all good.

I had a fantastic stay at vivanta. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city.
