The location of villa was good surrounded by mountains and food court nearby by and highway touch however the way villa was constructed was not very convenient and comfortable. There were those 4 rooms in line which was very conjusted not much space in front for relaxing, no living room. The conditions of the room was also not very clean and appealing. There were rats roaming around in the villa.

Location was average response from property care taker was rude not responding to phone even they use cheap furniture and if broken they charge to us which was higher then market price also they waste our time not giving us deposit back. The swimming pool was very dirty. Even they did not clean rooms. When you complain them regarding any issue they will not respond proper and if replied then that was very bad words and irresponsible. The contact number which was provide us by them was not replied for any query. They give us hool that you are free to give bad reviews we are least concern. Peoole are going to come in pick season so they were not bother about a family who comes in pick season. Kitchen utensils were so broken n of cheap quality. With great politeness we were ready to pay somehow the brokerage charge but by listening bad words from them we leave our rupees n left from there. Chairbroken accidentally so they should understand the fact. The quality of chair was very cheap. Wound not suggest any one for ekostay. Mmt should not deal with such property holders

The property rules are incorrectly provided. The caretaker stays at the property and also has a pet at the property. The check-in timings are incorrect, the property was not ready at check-in timing. The pet roams around at the property, the view of the property is blocked by huge pipes kept at the land besides the villa. The deposit amount is collected, which wasn't informed earlier. The images do not match the experience.
