Fern is located on the highway which is convenient. Rooms are pretty clean and the rates in comparison are decent enough. Breakfast was good with sufficient options. Overall a good hotel to stay in a decent budget.

The staff was very cordial especially prabhakar ji. And the arrangement of the cake on my anniversary was also very well done. It touched my heart.

It’s a nice property clean decent rooms appreciate that few things can be looked into like the taste of the food can be better the portion size also needs to be checked small portions size was expecting a good portion for 2 people on the entertainment side pols add more channels to you set top box was missing engines and more sports channel there was a lot of noise through day as the hotel had given rooms to school kids even after informing the repetition no action was taken anyways hope that when i check in next time it would be better pols also look into your food menu very less options

Property is located near highway so it is easy to reach the location and a decent stay at this price, dinner buffet was not upto the mark, there were various food options but quality was average. Rooms did not have any fan, and ac did not have enough cooling which made it really difficult to stay in the room. Room service is not very prompt, wait time was 30-40 mins.

The hotel location is nice, food is good not great. However the indoor play area is very disappointing. Otherwise good experience. Can do better.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. View is also good from the rooms. Unfortunately the exhaust in most hotels including this one is ineffective. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

*review:* yaar, yeh hotel toh bilkul home away from home nikla. room clean tha, ac bhi top-notch tha. staff toh aise friendly the ki lag raha tha ghar waley hain. unke smile ne toh dil jeet liya. location bhi perfect thi sab kuch walking distance pe, dhabba se lekar wine shope tak. bas ek baar dinner mein thoda variety aur hota toh maza aur badh jaata. overall, full paisa vasool experience.. highly recommend, next trip pe zaroor wapis aayenge family k sath.

Rakabi is well located on the main highway. Functional design. Overall well maintained. This time we felt the food quality could have been a bit better. Sambar was too sweet. Even the uttapam was sweet. The back of the toilet seat was not clean. Still i would visit this place again as it is overall a well designed and well managed property.

Excellent location great food excellent options of breakfast & dinner & the taste is simply yummy. I liked the high tea concept too in the evenings but the breakfast is simply amazing

I booked my stay through make my trip clearly mentioning the age of my kids as 5 yrs and 12 yrs. After reaching hotel i was told to pay 1500 extra for extra bed. 1. Since i clearly declared age of my kids, i should get only right type of room for selection. 2. I was never given an option to select extra bed during booking. 3. Mm t raised hands stating talk to hotel and hotel said talk to mmt. I would never recommend staying at such hotels that has no clear policy. They show discounted rates to lure customer and once they reach they have to pay extra.
