However, the location is a bit odd and requires driving at least 5 km to get a cup of tea. The township is not well-maintained, and the water from the aquaguard was dirty. The apartment complex is under construction, making it difficult to locate the building. The flat did not have a visible identifier, making it challenging to find. The estate is situated in Kasara Valley, making it perfect for those who love peace and nature. The Fog City derives its name from the consistent foggy altitude amongst the mountains and wind flow. Camel Valley is within walking distance to have a peek.

Cleanliness

The apartment was clean, with clean beds, clean kitchen, and all needed things nicely kept. However, the basic amenities need to be upgraded and well-maintained. The refrigerator was stinking, and the beds were sofa cum beds, not real beds. The tables were not cleaned properly, and rice and other stuff could be spotted on them. The towels and bedsheets were not washed correctly. The charges were high, and the cleanliness was below ordinary. The half-constructed building and abandoned society made the place feel scary. The utensils in the kitchen were stained.

Value for money

The property was pocket-friendly and had a great accessible location. It was a lovely apartment, and the campus was nice. However, the charges were high for the type of apartment, and better options were available around. The charges were high, but the services and cleanliness were below ordinary.
