Not a 4 star property. Noisy and not worth for money.

This property is on the main highway. You will get too much noise from the vehicle and train if you go for a superior luxury cottage. We requested them to change the room and we went to the lower category room just to avoid noise. But that was also noisy. Breakfast was worse which i had this kind of hotel. Very limited option and it's test less. Room prize is very high. As per room and location if you get this room below 3. 5k then it's ok. Above 3. 5k is not worth it. The food which we ordered for lunch and dinner was good. But they charged 40 rs for one water bottle. This is not a 4 star property. It's below 2 start. If you are planning for peaceful vacation, please ignore this resort.

The location is next to a natural lake, giving herb farm a beautiful place to stay. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Very clean and well maintained facility. Special mention of the food taste and quality which makes it worth visiting

The property is located adjoining the rice fields of ghoti. It is more enjoyable after few days of rains when you get the lake view. Light drizzle would make the atmosphere even more amazing. Hotel rooms are good. Food is average to medium, a bit on higher side.

A beautiful property to stay in igatpuri with easy access to nashik and shirdi. It has got all facilities for a relaxing and calm stay. The staff is courteous and the food is great too with reasonable rates. Place gets even more beautiful during monsoon.

Don't stay in this property it is not worth construction is temporary room with tin sheet so impossible to stay in the room during the day frequent power outage so the heat is unbearable property is highway touch so it is like your living in temporary dom with highway view so nothing natural here we checked out property in 2 hrs

Excellent stay. Food was simply superb. Advise to visit during monsoon. Its on highway and near railway line but we didn't feel any nuisance or discomfort. Would definitely like to visit again

The place is really nice and clean with greenery. Although they can provide a table fan as well in the room. The service and the food was nice. They have some nice games as well.

Food is excellent. It's fully veg restaurant and has variety of options including kids. Location is typical in the nature with tent rooms (don't worry of heat ac works fine. Since it's within nature u will have small issues of insects but if you keep your room slider closed then it shud not be a concern. I loved my stay.

Rooms are clean, location is good, food is 4/5. Car parking available. Guaranteed late check out was not available. Was overall a comfortable stay for me and family. We had lunch at the restaurant which was surprisingly good for this region.

Resort is very good. Amenities are as mentioned. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. Good food, clean rooms. In terms of amenities there is swimming pool which is clean and children's play facilities. Nice experience. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Cordial staff, neat property, food is good, view is nature friendly, recreational activities available. If you are planning a vacation where you want to rest amid-st nature, this place is great. Parking is outside property premises, but has cctv, pool is deep but they have floaters to support, it is next to highway and rail track, but other good advantages weigh more than these. Would love to come back again. Many thanks to nandi from restaurant, jeetendra and yogesh from property who along with others have been very helpful.
