Hotel staff were excellently cooperative & helpful. Location is also proper, but, pickup & drop points for taxis are not convenient. But, one problem is that there was no soap/ handwash available in the washroom.

Food quality is not upto mark. Much better quality food arr available in near by market. At night it becomes issue as the market closes quickly by evening. Location is good. For business travel card payment facility is must which this hotel lacks. They don't have option of card payment.

The hotel woner behaviour is very very bad. He harassed us for every moment. He dont know how to behave with customers. They even never provide us water

The size of the rooms are very small. The hotel only offers vegetarian foods but the options are very less. It is suggested to add some more options in the menu both for the breakfast and main course. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The room was neat and tidy, the staff was friendly and polite. But their restaurant was closed and they were getting food from a nearby restaurant, the food was great but a bit pricey depending upon who you are asking. The 1st day i ordered food it took 2 hrs for them to deliver it, which is just unacceptable.
