Abusing staff

Very abusing staff, they were talking me very rudely and not provide check in facility and mmt executives support them. I didn't get my money refund.

Hotel hygiene is not good

Hotel was not cleaned when handed over to us. Dust every where and bathroom/toilet was not properly clean. After complain the staff told cleaning boys are on leave so they can do it next day but next day the clean ness was not proper. Location is not great. Overall experience is not well.
