I have had very good and comfortable stay at essentia luxury hotel. The staff was cooperative and sweet and the food was also good overall i had a great experience.

Essentia is truly a luxury hotel. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Pool side restaurant, beautiful lawns, ample parking, fantastic ambience. Even indoor restaurant is also good. Breakfast was also tasty, need more variety. Room was top class.

Hotel was good, rooms are spacious. Staff is polite, only some of the staff at the reception need to be more polite while answering to the guests. Food was also good.

Stay and maintenance was good. Hotel is maintained well. But there seems be a communication gap among employees at the reception. I called the hotel 2 days prior to my stay for an early check in it was affirmed by the hotel as well. But on arrival the hotel said that all rooms were occupied. They provided us a room in 2 hours time. As i was on a holiday, the delay in room allocation was not a problem, had it been a business trip, the delay in room allocation would have been a problem. Please avoid such communication gaps in the future. There should be clear communication with the customer regarding timings and also among employees who work in different shift timings. All the staff members were courteous and helpful.

Overall a very good stay, ambience and delicious breakfast. Poolside bar is amazing. The staff is courteous and helpful. A pleasant stay in the cold weather of indore. Essentia is a 5star hotel and they have a set standard for the rooms. However there should be rooms with a little window for air and table fans inside. Nobody likes ac in the cold weather of indore. Maybe smoking rooms has those windows. But non smokers do also need some air. Also the hangers in the wardrobe are pathetic and removing the hanging part is a struggle. Instead you can give a floor stand with multiple hooks so that even the towels can be hooked after bath. No beverage was kept in the fridge. No tissues in the room. I liked the after checkout process. I kept the luggage and came back in the evening. I was welcomed and was allowed to use the common changing room and toilet. Thank you

Below average. The property was clean and fine but the service left everything to be desired. The hotel was empty and we were sick, but didn't give an hour to checkout, saying that they'll charge half the room rent. Petty and sick behaviour when you pay a premium for such hotels. Staff is untrained and clueless.
