It is confirmed at the time of booking on make my trip that restaurant is inside of hotel that is not in practical. This is also told by hotel staff at the time of check in that our restaurant is here on 3rd floor which is absolutely wrong. Second thing room service is very bad. After order of tea, cofee waiting time 35 to 40 minutes. After food order to outside ot restaurant when i was demanding crockery to hotel staff it is not delivered in my room no. 6 still 45 minutes. This is really very much bad experience with this booking with make my trip as well with hotel staff also

Hotel is in street, no board indicating hotel direction etc. Exhaust fan of bathroom wasn't working. Tissue paper was not made available. Intercom was disconnected.

Overall it was good experience but there is some improvement required like hot water not available and there is no breakfast available and you cannot order food from outside as they have kept two menu cards for the particular restaurant’s. As per policy there’s not like that.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The service was also good, but the water heater was not working. Had a little bit of problem there, otherwise it was a good experience.

I don't recommend, service was poor. Need to call reception 2, 3 times for service. Blankets were previously used. Over all poor experience.

Worst ever hotel service, not able to have hot shower facility at least, poor management and customer support. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor behavior of receptionist and un-professional approac

Poor behavior of girl sitting on recepten, after feeling launde clothes for 4 days and keep following up, every time feeling today it will be done. And on check our day they returns without washing. Very casual approach of staff. Receptionist behaviour is very poor. When i ask her why it is not done her reply was why you dont tell me. How un-professionally she said this, 5 he person sitting in her place on early morning or at night why he is for. Should customer plan his day according to that receptionist.

There was a lot of smell in the room. The bed sheets and pillows are very dirty. The flush was not working properly. There were no proper toilets. Room freshener was given after calling 4 times to the reception. Not satisfied at all
