Neat and clean hotel. Location is good. Staff is very courteous and polite. Food is good. The only problem is they don't provide you the kit containing toothpaste brush etc. No electric kettle for tea and coffee. These things are on chargeable basis.

Needs improvement in cleanliness

Cleanliness is poor. The linens that were provided including towels were not washed properly. Cleanliness needs improvement for sure. Hotel staff was nice.

Room is spacious staff was helpful only problem of not allowing early check in 3 hours made to wait in the lobby
