Room provided was below sarovar standards. Bedsheet wasn't clean not even the pillow cover. No changes were done as a part of room cleaning. Bathroom sewer pipe was leaking and foul smelling many times. Will give a mere 2 star (that too only for location)

Placed an order for dinner at 8 am on 2. 12. 24, as i was on a monday fast. Gave a reminder to the hotel reception thrice before 9 pm. Returned to the hotel at 9. 30 pm and was told my dinner is ready. Asked them to send it to my room. Dinner with some atrocious food which was not according to the specification given at 11 pm. In case the hotel could not prepare my meal, should have at least had the decency to inform me while i was giving them reminders. On 3 rd of december, found some serving staff on second floor dining hall mockig me by asking me if i was fasting on the the 3rd of december also. I am working as dean, prof. At a state government university, often travel-ling alone in and outside the country. But this was my first night marsh experience in 30 years. You sent me a link which was locked and not resent.

The service is horrible. Staff is pathetic. Noone receives you at d gate. Noone shifts the luggage to room you have to do it urself. We ask for key to interconnecting room noone gives till next day when we had to reask again. Water bottles not provided. On asking given and then when cleaning room. Empty bottles just kept as it s the next day. When we asked for water bottles noone gives till 1. 5 hours. Staff doesn't respond to anything.

Hotel is good but they having policies is not better. I booked 5 person's stay as i mentioned in mmt. But hotel charge extra for extra bed and morning breakfast.

Staff after paying in full for booking insisted on charging extra for kid for extra bed when it was booked for three persons. They showed it’s mentioned in the voucher which was not there then they showed me the fine print which was like the lines on insurance t&c on the booking. Food was below standards as well.

I had a very comfortable stay at the centrally located fairfield marriott. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience. My parents had a booking yesterday. Due to flight delay, they could only reach by 11pm. There was no staff to help them carry luggage to the room. After 30 min of repeated calls, the manager brought the luggage to room. The ac also was set at very cold temperature and my parents could not adjust it and could not sleep whole night. Very bad experience. At mar-riots level how can the staff not be there to help the guests. Very bad experience. Ruining marriots experience.

Property was ok. Dint much looked like marriott property. Food was nice service was very bad, we had to call more than twice to avail our service. Every-time it took more than 15-20 min just to get our service.

Room was not clean and there was lot of dust and used cloth slippers were lying beneath the beds. Services was not courteous and they did not offer any facilities for driver and parking of car.

A fun stay exploring Indore. Lot of things to see, the staff was good. They do charge for early checkin which I think was a bit much but rest all was good
