Even when rooms were booked in advance for triple occupancy only double occupancy rooms were provided with mattresses on floor for third person in both rooms. However breakfast was well appreciated by all guests.

Location seems okay but rooms are pretty average and not up to mark. Breakfast area very congested and with limited options. Not at all worth for the amount charged

The hotel was really nice and the rooms were also very clean and comfortable. The staff was very good and helpful. Service was excellent. Even the breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was also great. Excellent stay

Food was ok, rooms small & the price was high as compared to the property. Hotel charged extra for early check in which is a value addition in many four star & five star hotel these days specially to customers coming for business meetings.

Location of hotel is very good. Overall reasonably clean. Bathroom needs renovations. Breakfast could be started little earlier.

Room were good comfortable but bathroom were little bit small. Food was awesome. Lots of options available in breakfast. Restaurant serve delicious food.

The stay was very good and I am regular guest here. Many thanks to Shruti madam at front office which helped in arranging all amenities before checkin itself. The only thing missing was wakeup call which I requested for 6.15 am, but was somehow missed. Nevertheless a pleasant stay. Will continue staying here

Staff behavior, cleanliness and nearness to the temple is appreciable. But difficult for transportation as it is situated inside a narrow path where only walking is possible.

It was very bad hotel, bathroom seats were broken, wash basin was too small, there was insect in room, there was no cupbord.

Hotel located in a prime location in the center of the city. Nice and comfortable stay. Polite and helpful hotel staffs. Food at the hotel for room service is quite expensive especially if you are staying alone but it should do fine if you have come as a family.
