After a very tiring day when we checked in at 9 pm, the room allotted to us was not cleaned properly which they eventually got cleaned but not the ideal checkin experience for the hotel which we booked after going through the ratings on make my trip. Also the room was quite small (doesn’t fit the sq. Ft. Criteria mentioned on booking page) and bed was not king size as mentioned. We had to adjust on the bed as we had a infant with us. Ambience was good, food was delicious. Also i would like to mention that the manager who had checked us in was very polite, soft spoken and co-operative.

First of all stafss was not at all cooperative, washrooms was not clean, noone was ready to provide tissues. Breakfast was not prepared till 8:10 whereas the breakfast timing was 7:30 so if you are on rush you can’t have breakfast. So in-short i will not recommend to stay in this hotel.

A nice, clean and comfortable stay i'd experienced in this hotel, the staff is polite and prompt to respond. The food was splendid and top notch. A good stay at a good price, would definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel was ok but service was slow and disappointing no room cleaning despite saying small room and the moment third bed was put no space to even move around. Food was good but breakfast was horrible. No option. Less staff. Horrible location

Hotel was in the interior and the rooms are extremely small if you’re are having a grown up kid and need extra bed then you are in trouble as the third bed once in there is no space left for movement. Some of the staff is courteous. Amenities- nothing is available house keeping terrible when we came the rooms were not ready we had to stand and get everything changed. Had to ask multiple times for toiletries my room was changed 3 times due to room issues. We asked to clean the room when we went out and no one bothered. Horrible. Food was good. Breakfast not much options due to staff and occupancy shortage. At night when we called for tea someone says hang up and the person just hung up the phone. Rooms rating 1, housekeeping 0 food 3 amenities 0 location 0. Price worth 0. My recommendations do not book this hotel unless u really want to spoil your vacation

I went for my business trip, all the staff are good and nice hotel. My suggestion is to improvise the breakfast start time by 7am. Because i want to start by 7:30am, the breakfast starts at 8am.

I had a brilliant stay here in golden aura hotel. Hospitality was just amazing. A staff member Naveen Choudhary's behaviour was really helpful for upgrading and providing a executive room. Would definitely recommend such a good Ambience. ✨
