The hotel was okay. Lot of minor things can be improved, like i had to call twice to give me some fresh towels, it took them 2 days to put room freshner in my bathroom since it was either smelling of dead rat or a choked drain etc. But the hotel staff was very cooperative and very helpful, and addressed the problems asap. Also, i would not recommend you getting the breakfast package since the dining area is on the 4th floor (terrace, and ive seen better and hygienic roadside stalls than this area. As a solo traveller, it was a good hotel apart from these inconveniences

Great location plea-sent stay

Clam and pleasent stay at very happening location out city. Room was small but meet and tidy, response from staff and reception was quick and welcoming. Tv connection with all leading ott providers has added cherry on cake feeling for my stay.

Room 403 exceeded expectations! spacious, spotless, and modern. Comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, and ample storage. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Unprofessional behavior

The man at the reception counter while checkin was chewing tabacco and was continuously singing songs. Room was nice and clean. Food quality can be looked into for improvement. Had to remind thrice to collect my laundry.

I booked hotel thinking it is 3 star hotel with all amenities like parking and others. But very upset upload fancy photos without justify the reality. I have to park my car on road.

Great experience staying in the hotel. Goods- 1. Cleanliness 2. Polite and good staff 3. Nice bathrooms 4. Good water pressure 5. Toiletries provided 6. Hot water jug available in room 7. Quick response time from reception 8. Nice interiors in the room bads- 1. Room was a bit smaller than expected
