Unhygienic small rooms, no fans and moldy rooms. Behavior of the staff is worst. They will provide an extra mattress which we use in marriage halls and charge 750 rupees. Breakfast will not be provided even though it is in your mmt deal costing 1000 rupees.

Location is good 👍 Staff is polite. Amenities not upto the mark. Cockroaches roaming around in the room. Commode chocked up. No proper timings for breakfast.

Hotel is poor in infrastructure. Room booked had no glass on window. It wasn't even a room. It was like a bed kept on extended balcony. All hotel smelled like smoke and drinks. This doesn't seem like a family hotel. Terrible hotel and not the type to stay in.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planning stage till the end of our retreat—a lovely, cozy room. It was a newly refurbished room, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a Nice lobby with some grand old-fashioned decor staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent.

Didn’t had dental kit in washroom. Blanket was smaller as compared to bed size and for 2 pax. Room was not that big. Owner is not willing to provide the gst bill with there stamp on it.
