The hotel receptionist asked for cash and not accepting any payments. The room was so dirty, towels not clean, bedsheets not clean and toilet was ok. Shower noy working. Sofa was terrible. Room number 218

Broken toilet sheets no bills available rude behaviour 10 am check out and in night check in staff will force you to show detailed bill they will not check in their system

They didn't allow me to check in & his receptionist was very rude and told me to come with requirements & fill their fulfillments actually this is very bad

Creepiest hotel, refer attached pics. This is not worth 700 rs, no clean linen, torn towels, dust everywhere, only 2 soaps provided, medimix like a lodge,

Worst y disrty room with dirty lenin, no water for drinking, no wardrob and hanger for cloths no towels, no dental kit, worst walls, bad smell in the room, dirty bedsheets

I made a complaint but they also did not help me…ACnot working No wifi I paid for 2 separate rooms and they gave me one room Dirty washroom No lock on washroom Flush not working No celling fan Open windows..basically zero privacy Tv not working Room cleaning not done Water dripping

Very very bad hotel and not supporting staff is good. Not a arrange ment of water bottle. Not cleaning room properly and staff is only interested in earn money. No bathroom is clean. Not a accessories in bathroom is fitted properly. Very very bad experience with this hotel.
