It was horrible experience i face in my 37 years of my life bed was not good. Acc was not working washroom was like sulabh room was seen one nd got one. Terrible experience wqt i faced suggest u to dont go for this hotel my personal view. Ty

I have already requested early check-in but staff denied to provide the same. And later provide the room but they have charged extra cost for the same (500 inr for 3 hrs)

1) good facility of lift which is good for senior citizens, pregnant ladies and all tired customers having long trip 2)food was with standard menu having delicious taste 3) rooms and whole premises were cleaned and hygienically maintained 4) staff was very polite, cooperaive and trained wanted to stay after 2 days but it was fully booked really we would like to stay at this place again

W aha ke khane ka taste bilkul bhi achcha nahi tha laundry service bad thi service boys hotel ke room ke ander gandhi shoes wear kar aate the jisse room dirty ho jato tha all over bad setvice

We asked for water at night by calling room service, but they didn't provided. It was too horrible in this summer, kids were struggling without drinking water.

Hotel reception is not perfect and ac is not proper and hot water is supplied. Improvement is required. Improvement shd be done at reception and above area's.

Ac was not working. Behaviour of hotel reception and service staff was not good. Bathrooms were not clean. Quality of linens cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was with very limited (only 2) options. No milk, no bread toast, no corn flakes. The quality of options (paratha and poha) kept in breakfast was also not good. In totality it was a very bad experience.
