Rooms were clean and hygienic. Staff was also supportive. Taste of the restaurant was excellent. I would suggest everyone to taste.

they have a good designer building and a pool but that is for pictures. They are a banquet hall, the pool is dirty as it was not recently booked for the event ( as told by the attendant. The bed looked clean at first but soon we realised it had red ants crawling. We had to get the entire bedding changed. It's located outside city, almost half and hour from city centre. So think twice before booking

The JALSA INDORE is a fabulous hotel with great service and attention to detail. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Great range of delicious Indian and western foods available in the restaurant. Modern and spacious rooms. Highly recommended!👍

It's nice and cozy, we checked in evening had nice dinner at night in attached cafe. We like the food and ambience, kids enjoyed swimming pool in morning. All over we all enjoyed it

The place was in total hygiene, so I was relaxed. The staff was very polite & sophisticated I'm actually grateful to the whole staff for being so kind and welcoming to your guests.

1. The receptionists at jalsa hotel & banquets were very unprofessional and unethical; they treated us very badly and rudely, and while checking in, they threatened us to leave the hotel because one of our guests hadn't had the hard copy of the adharcard, so somehow i managed to get the adharcard. 2. In between the stays, someone from jalsa called me at the hotel room and asked us to check out very aggressively. Later on, when i explained we had booked the hotel for 2 days to make my trip, he said he called at the wrong room number, and after that, he didn't say sorry to me. 3. At the time of check-out, they had put the wrong room number restaurant bill on my name and asked us to pay the bill. Later, they found out that was their mistake. Their staff was good. But manager and receptionist, we're pathetic.

Had a pleasant stay at the resort. Its perfect for events and weddings. Really enjoying the prompt hospitality on behalf of the staff. I would like to mention mr. Shahrukh from jalsa, to have helped me find my valuable chain which i had forgotten at the property. I thank him immensely for his efforts of getting in touch with me and promptly informing us. So, pols feel at home while you are at jalsa as people and staff will spoil and pamper you thoroughly. Thank you jalsa for a memorable stay. Thank you shahrukh. You are a true hero like your name
