Washroom and room are not clean properly. They provide only 2 - 500ml bottle. No facility as per sweet room

The experience of staying at hotel kyriad was very wonderful, the entire staff is very efficient, very good behavior, the room was very comfortable and nice, next time whenever i come to indore, i will stay at hotel kyriad only.

Average budget hotel. It’s old with small washroom. The curtains are dirty and stinks. The plus point are the food, wifi speed and location. However, the person taking food order always makes mistakes and sends wrong food.

The restaurant food( sandwich) serving tray had cockroaches and alloo paratha had hairs inside it. I have shown it to the staff.

The location is a prime place. Very close the city centre and a major garden. However, the room was very disappointing. The linen was damp and washroom extremely small. The food was great though.

We were the regular visitor but now this hotel needs renovation washroom stink, fungus on material like skin products, soap etc

We want twin bed it was not there. Food was good but costly. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was small but good and clean. Location is good. Staff was good and attentive. Overall good but costly.

Staying in kyriad hotel was disastrous experience. Shameless staff, pathetic food, dirty room and the biggest tragedy is there is no one to listen to your complaints. Would like to advice makemytrip to remove this hotel from the list so that no else can fall into the trap of kyriad.

Bed was uncomfortable, it was getting compressed. There was a leakage in the bathroom and water was spilled on bathroom floor. Room was not clean enough.
