Rude staff and irresponsible manage

Worst experience ever, receptionist is very rude and did not took actions on any request. They had done room pest control and it was total mess, when i asked to change room they said we don't have spare room. I booked this room 2 weeks earlier and still they done pest control on the date of our arrival. I felt it was risky to sleep in there and did another arrangements on my own but hotel did not helped / assisted with the request.

Terrible staff and rooms were full of cockroaches. I changed the room twice but same problem in both the rooms!

Old but decent property , food is average ranking of 7th out of 175 hotels in Indore is just too high for an average hotel.

The rooms were too small and ac wasn’t working in multiple rooms. Checking was delayed and the staff was unprofessional.

Hotel was budget friendly but it was like railway station hotels where everything was not there and you need to ask. Bathroom was clumsy, breakfast was charged additional for tea despite it was booked with complimentary. Overall it was avg stay

Staff and their service was very poor, no restaurant no. In my room, my key was also stop working 2 time that i have to resume both times

Booked ac room but ac was not there. Too old property, they assigned room which doesn’t have key to lock the room after 2 hour they assigned another dirty room.

Stay was good Services is good. They do not charge any extra amount. We can plan to stay with family. Also there is a parking space for cars that I found very convenient.

Considering the 3 star hotel, rooms were not spacious and not proper clean. We found bedsheets were dirty and there was ash in the ash tray. Key for one of the room did not work. So overall averages experience we had. No towels, no soap, shampoo and other amenities which are basic things in 3 star hotel are missing. Disappointed
