Room was ok. 1. Cleaning could be better. 2. Two sets of towel, tooth brush was not provided at time if checkin. Had to specifically request. 3. Could not use the bath tub as (1) there was no water stopper (2) the jacuzzi mechanism wasn't working. (3) the bath tub obviously wasn't cleaned as brown water flowed for full 4 minutes from the tap.

My wife and i booked a room for the weekend to attend a music concert. The stay was excellent with the hotel staff being very courteous and helpful.

Stay was good but can be improved. Breakfast pathetic all deep fried items and we were there for two days and it was same items without any variety. Need mote hospitality from people who are on ground and thats clearly missing

Excellent property, staff highly cooperative and courteous. Buffet breakfast with a good variety of spreads having north indian, south indian and continental dishes. Easy check in fast check out, which was hassle free. I love to re visit.

I was denied early checkin inspite of me requesting so-much as i was travel-ling with my child and wife, rooms were damp and not well maintained, dim lights and customer relation service was horrendous.

Room was not clean as expected. Spotted towels and reclining chair. Corners in the room were full of dust. Working table had spots. Called house keeping to show them the condition. They couldn’t do anything except apologising. Towels were changed. Chinese food take at dinner time was pathetic. Breakfast was good. Overall decision was to never go there again and never recommend to anyone.

Overall a good experience except very terrible room service. I had to call many times for providing one more towel/napkin. Food was excellent. Very nice swimming pool and gym.

It was nice stay. Pool is little bit small. Rest all things are fine. Wonderful food and rooms. Rooms view is excellent.

The room was allotted in a smoking room (being a non smoker) and the staff was not ready to offer a different room). No member benefits(hospitality and service) provided inspite of being a radisson member.

Management team in this property is a concern. They are far away from customer delight & most importantly they don’t hon-our commitment. Weird behaviour and misleading. Maybe it is due to mismanagement. Inspite of email confirmation, mmt had to intervene several times to make them hon-our the commitment. Totally it was a disappointment

Location was noiseless at off main ring road. Food was tasty though little salty to our liking. Rooms were very good. Amenities and services were excellent. We were taken care of each of our demands and expectations.

Staying in a hotel room is always a mix of comfort and adventure. The moment I stepped into my hotel room, I felt a sense of calm. The room was immaculately clean, and the smell of fresh linen filled the air. Large windows allowed natural light to pour in, making the space feel open and inviting. The bed was plush and adorned with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows, offering the promise of a good night’s sleep. A cozy armchair in the corner and a well-lit work desk added to the room’s practicality. The décor was tasteful, with soothing colors and art pieces that reflected the local culture, giving the room character. The bathroom was equally impressive, with polished marble tiles, a rainfall shower, and luxurious toiletries neatly arranged. After a long day of travel or exploring the city, taking a warm shower felt incredibly rejuvenating. As the evening settled, I stood by the window and admired the view of the city lights, grateful for the blend of relaxation and excitement this hotel stay brought. It felt like a perfect escape while being well-connected to the world outside.
