Bed should be more comfortable, looks like 1000 or 1500 range hotel. Property is old, they should be maintained

Property location is in middle of the city and convenient for shopping in market and mall. Food is good, the arrangement of room keys are not as per floor wise, which create confusion some time. Amenities and service is satisfactory.

Bathrooms were very pathetic. Drainage from wash basin and bathing area was very very poor. Also bedsheets and towels were not clean.

Ambience was good. Rooms were well maintained. Parking was spacious. Food quality was nice... Price wise it is on higher side, else all good. Staff was helpful 😀... Good experience overall 👍

Hotel is located in a very good area with landmarks nearby. Hotel staff were very polite and responsive to our requests. I will definitely recommend this hotel for a family stay on a affordable budget.

Although rooms were clean but while taking morning shower found that bathrooms are chocked. I com-paint to reception and they said it will be cleared but on next day the problem was as there. Otherwise it is ok

Very nice property with decent and clean room. Staff was also very polite and helpful. It is approx 2 kms from sarafa bazaar however taxis and autos are easily available. I would highly recommend this hotel if someone is looking for a comfortable stay in a budget.
