No proper amenities and infrastructure. Not worth the price they charge.

The bathroom panel was first broken then had to call housekeeping to fix it. Even after that the toilet was leaking constantly. They don’t have enough contacts of local drivers and rickshaws, despite being in the oddest location outside of town. Really need to up their game esp in housekeeping. Not worth the cygnette prices they are charging

Staff is smart and cordial just like in any other cygnett hotel. The rooms are always clean with good facilities just like any cygnett hotel.

They hotel is very average but one of the best in itanagar. The breakfast is average as well. The staff and polite and nice.

The staff members behaviour are really awful. They don't know nothing about hospitality, being in the hospitality business. Really one of the worst experiences. Please look into the matter. It would be very grateful of you guys.

Good food and service. Rooms are clean and spacious. But it's more better if opted for window availability. Else most of the rooms are blocked from all sides without window.

My stay at cygnett inn trend z itanagar was great. It was a business trip for 2 night / 3 days & i must admit it's a great facility with good food & great rooms. Only suggest ion is please take care of parking management of guest vehicles which has a scope for massive improvement. Also request to add on facility for gym at the earliest.

Stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Staff is polite and courteous. Food is good. Overall a nice stay at cignett. As a suggestion may enhance breakfast spread. That is one meal which everybody looks forward to. One more thing, a glass seperator for bath may be fitted in wash room. Thanks

It’s worst stay i have ever experienced, the room was not having a single window, it’s as good as staying in an air conditioned jail.

our overall experience is excellent. staffs are well mannered very soft talking, food is tasty. we stayed for 4 days and we faced no difficulty. room is also spacious. WiFi connection is also good. it's a 5 star rating for us😊
