Its was horrible and very worst test experience for me first time when I reach the hotel. Hotel was closed nobody was present to welcome me I reach there at 12:00 pm. A big lock appear on the Channel gate till evening I was come back from there 4to5 time but get was not opened at least at 8:00 pm. Owner come and say sorry for the inconvenience and enter to me. Room situated on 3rd floor no lift no telephone in the room no room service although honour was very good and he provide me complimentary dinner at night and say sorry once again but when you think the proper convenience and hospitality there is nothing.

Not any Waiter to come for service nor any contact. Also inside the hotel facility is very poor, no water dispenser has installed, every time had buy Bisleri from the restaurant. So this type of hotel is fully waste of money.
