Good housekeeping and supporting staff response was very good. Rooms of the hotel were neat and clean and food served was good.

Location is the only advantage. While checking-in, i found the room dirty and linen already used by many people earlier. Got the room cleaned before me and found lots of dust, chips packet cover, lump of ladies hair, used codom to name a few from under the beds. All linens were changed but pillows were so dirty that 3 pillow slips placed over it couldn’t stop the smell. So, no pillow could be used. Towels were torn and dirty but replaced on request. Tea water heater had cooked but mow dried up dal in it. The bell boys (men) were poorly trained to handle guests. It was unpleasant experience to say the least. Only positive points are front office staff and parking assistants better than others. Since i have already booked for longer duration, i had to bear all these. My advice, check everything before booking for night maximum in case of emergency only!

There are no facilities for cleanliness in the hotel nor is the decorum of the hotel rooms maintained as per the money, hence i would neither prefer anyone to stay there nor would i stay there myself.

The staff was very rude and complimentary breakfast was not served for 2 days. They charges for tea and sandwich we ordered stating it was online booking hence we will have to pay for breakfast

Regarding hotel room is nice and all staff behavior is nice feels like home stay. There are requirements of little improvement in kuchen min u preparation. I advice people to once stay in roopa ali hotel in front of income tax office in jabalpur. Ne stay.

Prime location, best area of jabalpur city. Hygienic & tasty food. Good security arrangements.

Room size was extra large. Situated in the heart of city. Neat and clean hotel. Restaurant is good serving tasty food and snacks.

Hotel is close to the station however not very close, once we reached hotel welcome was good and the room was very spacious and looked great as it even had a huge dining table !! But later we realized room had no window it was always pitch dark if you don't use the light. Room service staff is OK however toilet facilities like Flush etc were very complicated and not user friendly. Food was average with almost no breakfast options ( maybe if you are lazy and have breakfast at 10AM you will get). Pick up for sight seeing was not arranged on time and the response for the same was very lethargic, and lot of unwarranted debate on cost at the end of the tour. I would not recommend this hotel anyone !!!

Hotel is at good location. Rooms are big and spacious. Bedsheets and Blankets are not clean. They don't provided toiletaries. Lift is old. Food is very oily and not so good. I had to eat outside during my stay

It was a good experience in terms of comfort and facility. The breakfast menu could have more items to provide options to travellers. Location was near the railway station which was a plus as it needed less time to travel to board the train.

Awesome hotel in budget. Rooms are very nice. Room service is good. Nice location. Good food quality. Very nice and helpful behaviour of all stuffs. Bid thing that the stuffs give the value of customer. They send car for pickup from station. Thank you make my trip.

The location of the Hotel is good, Housekeeping done a great job to clean the hotel and room also, the food and beverage service of the Hotel is excellent. Overall I have enjoyed a lot here, I feel Great.

Hotel room is very good but food quality is very poor not worth for hotel rate. I am very disappointed that so i'm giving four star otherwise all of good except food. So, family members want to stay this hotel you can parcel food.

Service and restaurants food was good however room cleanes was not up to the mark. If you want to stay with your family then don't go to. Beside the hotel there is one pan shop (gupta)please try to eat famous Jabalpur pan

Hotel is at good location, breakfast good at all, pickup and drop available from railway station. Nearby there are good quality restaurant near Nagrath chowk only 500, Russel chowk is only 1 km where in the early morning you can get south indian breakfast at very reasonable prices, outside hotel samrat. Don't eat at hotel not because of taste but because of exorbitant prices. Not value for money for food... Nearby you can go to Russel chowk or towards veterinary college 1 km to have food.

Hotel room was not good and it was set with few wooded ply at the back side of door which was not good and also we can open that. Room and bathroom was not good cleaned. Service was very poor and I asked for breakfast at 9 am and got the same at 11am.

The room which I booked was good(AC Luxury), Surprisingly there was a Dinning table in the room. Now a days for those travelling for Official purpose a good working table and chair is what always required which many of the hotels in Jabalpur are lacking. Food quantity is less when compared to what other hotels provide. MMT is now allowing the Hoteliers to take GST from customers apart from the room charges which everyone should look before booking a room. Last stay I was not charged but this time I was charged extra.
