Small and dirty rooms, view from window is very bad. Bathroom are very bad, heavy water logging, no drainage system, no hot water, commode placed adjoining to wall, can’t sit on. Staff behavior is very bad special mention of mars akansha, very rude, highly unprofessional and behavior very badly with guest. Overall all its good lodge out side airport for stay for few hrs.

Stay was good enough. Hassle free booking experience. Very clean hotel. Food quality was above avg. But overall service needs improvement. Looks like less staff to attend on that day. Found communication gap between night staff and morning staff. That's why gave 4 rating. Didn't took images as no complaint regarding product. It's on service only

Not a value for money especially considering the fact that the room was an adjoining room where if the person in the next room talks over the phone or plays music, you can hear everything. This room should not be for more than 1500 per night. The positive thing was that they allowed outside food and the meals they cooked were delicious

It-he bathroom faces a water logging issue. Water becomes stagnant after taking a shower due to the poor slope of the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

They give me piller wala room asked for another room but they denied the don't have without piller wala room. In this category according to price room is not good

Rooms look good. Had problem with hot water system. Had to call the reception at 10:45 pm to check hot water supply. I have to wake up at 4 am to catch a flight and they sent a service person to check hot water supply system at night 11:00 pm when i am very sleepy. They showed a hot water switch inside the bathroom, still did not get hot water. They said they will send an electrician. I called the reception again and they said they will help me by arranging a bucket full of hot water if the water heater cannot be fixed. I did not know what to say and i hung up the phone. Finally at 11:30 pm they agreed to change the room after insisting on room change and downgraded the room to a twin bed from a queen bed and the room smells. I forgot my toothbrush in the previous room. I tried calling the reception to ask them be open the door of the previous room, but the phone in the new room does not work. I had to go down to the reception to request them the same. I told the person in the reception that the phone is not working and i was surprised to hear that man sound harsh saying “it is working, why it will not work ? “. This really irritated me more than the hot water problem. Bathroom floor is slippery as they used the same wall tiles. This bathroom strictly not for elderly people. No information of intercom numbers in the room, to call reception or house keeping.

I booked suave room which mentions room size 300 sq feet. While checking i got room # 205 which is not more than 100 sq feet. This is completely misleading and cheating experience i realize.

The entire corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire night was disturbed sleep due to constant commotion in the corridor. No sound proofing between 2 rooms. Someone even tried to open our door a couple of times in the middle of the night. The shower room turns into a swimming pool due to poor drainage and the shower head sprays the water all over the place, making the entire bathroom wet.
