We had booked a 2 day stay at doubletree hotel with confirmed full pay. On the day of our arrival, they didn't have the room for us. They initially said they will give 2 days at hilt-on in jaipur centre then changed to le meridien then again changed to one day at le meridien and one day at doubletree tree. We had to lug around our 4 pieces of luggage and finally they gave a room with toilet with flushing problem and carpet was stained. We called and got the toilet flushing fixed but i didn't want to be moved again. They didn't even apologize for having to shift us to 2 hotels for 2 days. They just wanted to save money. It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

The hotel ambience is too good. The food quality was yummy and service of the hotel is excellent. I would recommend it for any one going to jaipur choose this hotel for stay

Very good location with good view of aravalli hills. Pollution free. Rooms are neat and clean. Cookie was tasty.

Awesome place to stay with well behaved staff. Its location makes it more luxurious. Roof top pool is icing on the cake. Food was good and tasty. Welcome cookies were melting like anything in the mouth!

Very pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. Location is nice with views of agricultural fields and surrounding mountains. Staff were very friendly and responsive to all needs.

Saleha, from front office team had an attitude problem. It’s the worst check in experience we have faced. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend as it was the second time we faced this thing at their hotel.

The hotel staff at reception was helpful and gave us an early check in at 1:00 pm, also we wanted late check out because of an exam of my younger daughter, it was promptly granted, they did room decoration for my elder daughter's birthday, special to mention rohit in housekeeping staff dinner & breakfast buffet had a good spread & taste rooms were clean & spacious only drawback was the room service, they took more than required time for everything will stay again

My stay was average because when i told them before check in today is my anniversary kindly decorate my room after i checked in the hotel and i went in the room it was not not decorated that spoiled my mood. I told them again then they provided me a room after decoration. When i went for the buffet dinner most of the item's were cold. That was also big turn off. Worm on my bed

House keeping, guest services not at all good. Guest services is too bad with only assuring words, doesn’t transform to action at all. Housekeeping doesn’t work effectively like say don’t even clean the room and yet say it has been cleaned. Toiletries are not kept. No combs kept. Getting delivered from guest services takes time, and when asked the guy why was it not kept, i was told that it is not a standard practice with the property. They provide if asked. Laundry fellow said he would iron and bring in 1 hour but after minimum 7-10 reminders my clothes were brought after 6 hours. So third grade service. And the reason given was - the guy forgot
