Hotel is very near to city park mansarovar. Rooms have good lighting with big size washroom. Tv and ac both were working fine. Dine in facility was also good. Services were quick and they also kept my luggage safe while i was checked out.

Worth for money

Beds were comfortable, linen was new and ac was working good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has restaurant indoor and outdoor. Food quality was very nice and at affordable price.

Hotel was on appropriate site according to my comfort. Hotel should have exact working no, because contact no. In booking details and on banner on outside of hotel were different. Room was clean, bed, sir conditioner everything. Washroom, bathroom were clean but there was huge problem in bathroom tap because water speed was very slow, it too me time to complete bath. Food facility was available on hotel so it is good thing, food taste was appropriate. Overall good experience not bad.

Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Bedsheets were not washed. No food was provided they have no kitchen. Shortage of hotel staff.

rooms were in worst condition sheets which were given for night stay were stinky and dirty were used by last customer stayed there washrooms taps were leaking commode pots were so dirty that you can choose sulabhs instead of rooms washroom staff unprofessional sorry only one staff as manager others are staff cum guest of hotel now come to owner drunk-ed in night and attending customer at that time when he was not able to control. Himself. Food n pt avialble in hotel biju me ek 69 rs me thali lagte h hotel call them chef and in house kitchen.

What's in a name

It's an average stay unlike the name. Firstly one wud only stay here if u hv to attend entrance exams in nearby schools, college. To that extent it's a wonderful location. As far as rooms are concerned. They are big. But just have the very basics. Tv didn't work. Ac was super chill. Rooms do not have any natural light or air. No balcony. Room service non existent. Lift didn't work. Issues with toilet flush. Which was rectified. The towel provided had a corner missing. Badly torn. All in all it was an average stay.

They didn't provide mattress even after saying 10 time. They do not pick up calls at reception. They do not provide soaps or handwash and towels. So terrible experience with my family.

Bed sheet were very dirty, staff was not available initial 2 days to change bed sheet. Initial 2 days towel was not available, no housekeeping person was available to clean the room & bathroom. Very bad service initial 2 days. Hotel restaurant was also closed for 2 days.
