One of the worst stat of my life. Room was not clean, cushion cover was torn, no hygiene. Had to leave within five minutes check in

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms were small to accommodate 5 adults and 4 kids. One extra room again booked and paid to the hotel. Make my trip should not allow me to book if the rooms were not accommodated while booking itself and the extra payment made to the hotel needs to be refunded.

We are not able to reach the hotel for the past three hours since the exact location of the same is not traceable in google maps. The same was brought to the fore of the owner. He has neither provided any resolution for the same nor sent any of their employees to our present location. Behavior of their staffs was very rude when they were asked to cancel our booking. Very pathetic experience to visit such worthless place and would not recommend any one to visit such a worthless place in future. Pathetic experience and i will never ever recommend any one make my trip for planning any tour.
