Hotel property is a very bad property, my room was torn apart. There was no cooperation from the staff. Breakfast money was taken, breakfast was not given.

Fab place to stay at jaipur.

The rooms were quite clean staff was friendly breakfast was quite good ac was in working condition

Even after confirmation with the hotel manager, they didn't allow for early check-in. The rooms were not ready, there was not even a single guest staying there. When i reached there the hotel's door was locked and there was no one at the reception. Connected with the customer support and they booked a nearby property for us. So, thumbs-up for the support people, but hotel experience was really bad.

location is ok, but service is pathetic, we ask for additional blanket it never came. they could not even prepare breakfast on time. lot of follow up to get the things. no toiletries in room.

This is the first time that i had such a bad experience in any hotel. Bedsheet, rooms are very dirty. Even after complaining to hotel management they have not coperated. Staff behaviour is veryyy rude. Make my trip has other good options don't choose this hotel.

The hotel states in its policy unmarried couple s are not allowed. But when we were checking out, we found a few unmarried couples being allotted rooms for immoral activities. Have struck off the name of this hotel from my travel stay lists
