The hotel rooms and bathrooms were ok, but could have been cleaner. The main problem was with room service that was slow and the good quality left more to be desired. For the price the rooms were acceptable, but housekeeping was lack

it’s very bad experience while staying at fabhotel sapphire in. the room size is very small and bad is also small not comfortable for 2 person, bathroom size is very small, cafeteria rate is very very high… overall very bad experience for staying in this hotel.

Service is not good. I had booked a suite room and there were no slippers in the room and also no towels were there. I intimated the hotel staff many times but they haven't provided towels which i think is a very basic necessity in the hotel.

Great stay, the staff is cooperative, and bathrooms and rooms are also clean and hygienic. And also the location i recommend to take the garden side rooms for better experience.

overall good experiance but few of the things make my stay horrible one the TV setup box was not recharged it took very long for the rectification staff keeps on coming and out for checking the TV. Second the AC was not at all effective in the room though it was a so called suite room😡

The intercom for calling the reception is not working. W. R. T complement breakfast they are not providing the same inside the room and not even informing that they don't do so. The location of the hotel is too remote, inside the colony everyone finds it difficult to arrive
