Hair in breakfast. Bad service. Did not get breakfast on time. They served breakfast at 9 am. Which is late for business trips. At checkout also they did not gave even tea. Bad service

The room was beautiful, with tasteful decor. However, the check-in process was not up to the mark and took a lot of time. There was also a lot of noise coming into the room, which is not at all preferred and quite frustrating after a long journey when looking for a peaceful stay. I recommend ensuring that all amenities are pre-placed in the rooms for the convenience of guests, which would surely improve their experience. With some improvements in check-in efficiency and soundproofing, the hotel could offer a truly exceptional stay.

The rooms were good. But no proper breakfast was included even when we booked it with breakfast. There was no hot water available in rooms and they even charged for water bottles.

Cleaning of rooms was great also you can have cafeteria at the hotel ground floor. Staff of hotel also very polite. Must have a stay if you want to stay in jaipur
