Room was hygienic, service & hospitalilty was good but complimentary breakfast as i booked along-with room have not been provided and where lies issue i don't know, was it with hotel management or makemytrips company as they blame each other whenever contact them so i paid from own pocket at the end.

Hotel is budget friendly and on prime location. Ample parking space. Staff was very professional. Room was cleaned and washroom was of good size. Ac and tv working fine. Food was also good

Nice and clean room, with few issues like water heater was not functional and hotel service provides plug in play heater. Service from hotel is well approached.

Fair prices on restaurant menu, room service is good, room is very good, i had smart tv, window ac, electric kettle, all of which made my stay very comfortable.

Service is pathetic and when you ask for something they never do it and if you ask them twice they will ask you to move out. Attitude level of the staff is next level, they treat you as you are staying for free and never entertain any request from customer. They will show you rules and will not even provide basic things like water, tissue paper, kettle, tea/coffe in room. Tv doesn't work, mirror is broken, dust everywhere, hairs in the bed, toilet not cleaned.

Room service should be more active. Rooms could be more cleaned. The bedsheets, towels etc. Were not cleaned up to the mark, hence i felt hygiene issues.

The facilities mentioned in the description are not there, the hot water facility is only between 7-11 in morning, no iron, dryer etc
