My stay was on 5th floor and there was lot of noise of pigeon from window. We were not able to sleep full night. There was stand outside which can be removed by which pigeon cannot sit at window but hotel people failed to do that to stop the noise

I wasn’t so satisfied and happy with the quality that they provided in general. Also, any basic hotel also provides green tea sashes in their room along with tea, coffee, and sugar when i requested for green tea sachet they said sorry we did not provide. It’s a budgeted hotel. It was extremely surprising for me to not provide green tea sachets

First of all the room service was pathetic. I had ordered my dinner at 10 but i got my dinner at 12 am. There was not a single person who tried to give me a good reason. Everyone was just ignoring my calls.

This was the worst ever hospitality received in my life so far. I was categorically denied access to the restaurant for dinner as some birthday party was going on. Food was served after 90 minutes of the order. Bathroom slippers were given on the chargeable basis
