hotel stay was amazing i met raghuvir ji who was so good 😊 as i was with my new born baby he helped me at break fast time moreover hotel staff also provided me baby cot for my baby so that we can have a good sleep time. hotel was so neat and clean. all staff was cooperative. i will give 10/10 to this hotel looking forward to have more stay there 😀.

My 3rd stay here, quick check in by miss renu, attentive and helpful. The property has a central location and easy to travel to different parts of the city. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a good spread at the 17 tables restaurant, veer provided us good service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. 2 incidents this trip were unfortunate, a cake was sent to me from ferns and petals and the reception staff on duty said no delivery was done, on showing them proof they said they will have to delivered after 3 calls to them and the delivery agent sending me a screenshot of the signed acceptance. While check out i was being charged for an extra person and again the manager has to be called and the same corrected. This was the same gentleman who had not delivered the birthday cake. The hotel is otherwise comfortable for its location, food and employees are friendly at mi road, close to the old city and easy to travel to sightseeing places. Would've given 5 stars but for the two unfortunate incidents.

1)basic amenities are not available in the room 2) lights (both bathroom &room) are not working properly, it gets off automatically at any time 3) the door chain lock is also broken.

It's a good hotel with good food and housekeeping also good. Staff also good. Good and relaxing hotel. However the ambience can be improved further with good lifts, more good housekeeping etc. .

It was going bad from the time we arrived, got room after wait of over 50 minutes. Bathroom had no shower curtain leading to water everywhere, not resolved even after multiple reminders. Worst was the food served had very strong non-veg smell like it was made with same oil or in same pan. Very poor stay experience at the hotel.

Considering the room tariff, the washrooms are unexpectedly small. They charge separately for driver stay and food which i believe should be included in the package

Bed was comfortable (which is the main thing) and they had international outlets. But room layout was terrible (room was too small to be able to use the desk or sitting chair that they had provided. Bathroom flooded when taking a shower. Street noise was loud, even on the 4th floor

Staying at this property is comfortable. The food is awesome but i think they should reduce the price the only location is congested as this property is at the car repairing market. If you are planning to visit there by your own car then it is a bad idea because reaching there is a big task and they don't have proper parking.

4 nights & 3 day stay at golden tulip essen

1. Good centrally located hotel, highly recommend for family vacations. 2. All tourist attractions are within 2 - 8 km range. 3. All markets are nearby like bapu market, johri market, hawa mahal market (2 km ) etc. 4. Golden tulip essentials doesnt have a swimming pool but they gave us an option to use the swimming pool of golden tulip which is 50 mtrs opposite to this hotel. 5. I booked a superior room category which was good but not a 4 star property as compared to my previous stays in other 4 star properties. 5. Washroom was bit small. 6. The ac took time to cool the entire room in 30 - 40 mins. 7. The buffet breakest has limited choices & it was repeated on all 4 days. 8. Saute vegetables was provided only once, only chicken sausages on all 4 days. Breakfast spread should be improved with more varieties keeping in mind its a 4 star property. 9. Room services was satisfactory. 10. To more around to nearby tourist attractions its very convenient & cheap via rapid o & ola. Rapid o has a good service in jaipur. Overall a good stay experience with golden tulip essentials located on mi road

Room service was not done for 2 days we had two rooms in both rooms. Sink of the wash basin was choked in 1 room we had to call the maintainance.
