The place was clean but had a little foul smell. The caretaker asked for inr 500 as security deposit for the key and informed us that it will be refunded at the time of checkout. Rest was a good experience

Worst experience ever. Booked room 646 and 647. (different rooms have different owners. Dirty bedsheet, dirty quilt, dirty pot, no wifi working in any of the room. Plus crude behaviour of the owner.

the room is not properly clean 🧽 the curtains was also bad and the utensils in the room are also not washed there was no sampoo,soap,water bottle and there was no wifi connection

In granddelvac hotel the bed sheet and bed were very dirty and there was a very bad smell coming from the room and the washroom was completely dirty and the tv in the room was broken and there was no facility for drinking water inside and the nature of the staff there was very bad.

First i check in the room no lights are avalible and he said to me that is not may fault u can talk to the service provider after some argument he change the room but that is also very bad no cleening in the room bed sheets are too dirty very bad experince

The pillow covers were needed to be changed but they did not change it. Asked for a change of bedsheet and that was also not taken care of plus when we entered the room it was not at all moped. Adding to this there were no toilatries at all. Had to request them multiple times and then they gave it after 2 hours. Adding to all ghis they take 500 rs security fee which is not mentioned. Everyone the. Anagement has changed and it is not good what it used to be before. Even the check in took almost 2 hours man. Seriouslyyyy

The service here is very poor, the room is not clean at all, the bed sheet is completely dirty, the bathroom is not clean at all, and there is no housekeeping service available, staff was not at all helpful, very pathetic experience i had here, don't go through the photos pictures which is given because you won't be get the same big no to grand anukampa delvac.

Stains all over the place. No soap in bathroom. Towel looks like it was used for mopping. Smell in the room as well.

Rooms were not clean, very dirty toilets, very poor service even no soap for handwash in bathrooms, hot water not available, bathroom taps were broken, tv wallmount broken. Except location there is no reason to stay in this property
