It's main building suite room is ok but everywhere u see, it's jugad. It's back building delux room is like dharamshala. Staff is very good and u will get curtsee.

It's great heritage property with an excellent garden to enjoy evening time with friends. It's nice place to cherish the bond of a relationship with a heritage stay feeling. We will always stay here only in the future and recommend staying. Nice service and great person mr. Dinesh ji.

Not clean and hygiene please check once you book

Awful premises was not cleaned and maintained properly dust accumulated everywhere and food was worst. I was beyond my expectation that we paid them 12500 and still it was not worth the money. In breakfast stone was present in vermicelli and corn flakes were stale and soggy. Never recommend to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever total waste of money there is no water not ac is working and bed is so disgusting that no one is able to sleep and no customer service

Basic guest house

Very basic, it is more like a guest house than a hotel. I will never go there again. There are ‘heritage’ rooms which are ill maintained, ‘deluxe’ rooms which are part of an apartment complex! acs not working properly in summer. This is not worthy of calling a hotel and paying 10k for one night!

Disappointed staying at the service apartments

The hari mahal palace has two building units. One the main (palace) building that has around 10 rooms. The other is a residential building (named ‘tirthraj’) that is a ituated behind the main building. We had booked a room in the service apartment but were extremely disappointed with the overall stay. First, during booking it was nowhere mentioned that the service apartments have common living room. Second, room services were equally less than average. Booking rooms on the service apartment is highly not recommended considering we had booked 2 days at the hotel for 13k inr.

The hari mahal hotel, jaipur is a good place to stay with family, however at present wi-fi is not working, swimming pool and spa are closed. They are running it with minimum man power, so service is poor.

Pathetic stay here. Total waste of money. Room was dirty, crockery broken, no fridge even though included in tariff, bathroom was dirty with broken tiles. Hotel requires strict renovation, it is heritage just for the sake of it.

Does not deserve 4 * category. Rooms were so pathetic with dirty lenin, no intercom to talk to reception, no wifi & old and shabby furniture. Will not recommend a family stay here.

It is a pathetic hotel. Do not book especially the new modern apartment wing. Interiors are old and shabby, staff doesn't care at all and even the basic facilities are missing. A dharmshala will be a better option

My recent two-night stay at hari mahal palace by pa-char group was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The lack of room maintenance and service was evident as tea mugs took repeated calls to arrive. The state of the bathrooms was appalling, lacking cleanliness, and devoid of basic amenities like dustbins. The malfunctioning taps only added to the discomfort. Moreover, the poorly lit rooms didn't provide a comfortable atmosphere, and the breakfast served was only average. The staff, except for the waiters, lacked manners and training, spending the night loudly conversing on phones, disrupting any chance of peaceful rest a particularly sour note was mr. Yashwant's behavior at the reception, displaying appalling manners in his interactions with customers. In conclusion, unless one is solely interested in an exterior building view, i cannot in good faith recommend this establishment.

I have stayed here three times, before 2020 and always liked the place. This time the basic amenities like electric kettle was in very poor condition, they need new bed mattress. They were short staffed.
