Tissue paper and hand towel are missing in the room. Valet parking missing. Service are slow, foods is good. Rest okay

Good food and good peace full location. But way to reach have some issue from delhi side. Way is fine from jaipur side

The resort is best, the stay and ambience is excellent. Their food quality can be a bit better. I was in a tree house, and electricity sockets within the rooms were malfunctioning (only one was operational. The hot water system was not working. If you ignore it, most other things were good.

Let me start with the location of the property, the location is good near the hilly area of the outskirts of jaipur which is far away from the main city of jaipur and about the other aspects, here is my review: Rooms-As per the four star rating of this resort, conditions of rooms are not even close to three star, bad conditions of bathrooms, not even a single mat was there in bathrooms, instead of hand wash dispensers they are using soaps, dental kits were missing at first place, we need to ask for kits room sleepers, after room cleaning they don't keep fresh towels and toiletries in the room by themselves we need to remind them for the same. Rooms doors are not in good condition as we need to push hard to close the bathroom door. Even the bed sheet of my room was torn. Food-we opted for breakfast and dinner for our three days of booking and food was satisfactory and not as per the four star rating of this resort. Staff-Staff was well behaved but the room service was a bit slow in terms of providing food or towels in your room. we need to ask for the welcome drink and they have provided it in our rooms when we checked in and that too with a glass of coke which was already opened a few hours earlier😆. Amenities-If you need to call and ask for things which a hotel needs to provide on their own then you guess how things work here.

Property is good, lush greenery available, good poo area for children. Area of indoor game is quite far from the stay area.

Location is in outskirts. Since it was raining so the road were very messy and muddy. Even inside the property it was pretty dirty. We literally had to fight to get the pool cleaned. The room had lizard in it. Food was normal. As far as view is concerned it is very good and aesthetically its a good place. Its so big that they are unable to maintain it properly.

Not recommend for stay but pool or day outing is ok.

Rooms were not cleaned as showed in pictures. Water is coming from ac. Room service is very very slow. Food is average.
