The property has a very good location. The employees are very polite and courteous. Food is delicious. The room size is quite small. Bathroom drain was blogged, though the staff resolved it immediately. Overall, good experience!

Check in process was easy and quick. Room was nice, comfortable, cozy and clean. Also, the room service especially i ordered lemonade at odd hours due to emergency but they didn’t refuse and served to the room. The only thing i am disappointed about is i smoked in the room and they charged me the whole room charge for that which was 5900inr approx. And i was astonished at the time of check out when i had to pay the double amount including room charges as well as for the smoking charges. This was a disappointment for me.

There is no bathtub in rooms plus the breakfast has no milkshakes included also in dinner there are no dessert served it should also include pasterries, basundi, shrikhand, faluda more varieties of starters n sabzi. Every-time i have to pay if i other anything out of the buffet

We got into Jaipur early and had requested early check-in. The reception surprised us by offering options for breakfast as well as membership to IHG with good benefits too ! very good safety, ambience, pool & terrace spa and lovely food & beverages. I like the stay, room, services was nice and fast, room dining were good, but dinner buffet was worst for me, first time i didn’t like any food dish so i ended up my dinner with butter and bread, but yeah breakfast buffet was really nice overall i love the experience apart from my dinner experience
