We had an excellent stay at the holiday inn jaipur city centre over the last 4-days. It was a pleasure plus business trip. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Special mention of hitesh at the front desk who ensured the entire process of check in and check out was smooth, surendra from bell desk - ever smiling, shwetha, priya and naveen at the coffee shop who are always present to ensure one experiences the best culinary choices

Next room had party all night until 6:00am so we couldnt sleep at all and they smoked too smelled terrible they turned up music loudly and sang along, kept yelling. But hotel did nothing. It was a terrible night

Stayed with family at holiday inn in november 2024. Our stay was very comfortable. The place is truly five star. The staff are most helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The hotel is good one, the facilities are at par with a good 4 star hotel, difficult to say whether it will call for a 5 star property. We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, the stay was good. Rooms were cozy, staff were very courteous and service was prompt. However, the buffet spread was almost same on all the days, which makes the experience boring. The property doesn't have kids swimming oil.

Terrible washroom
