No contact to the reception or hotel, trying 3 days. Contacting mmt, no proper update. No hot water for the bathroom. No proper resolution of problems on contact. Reception number unreachable from room. 101 number they asked saying "contact 9 lag jayega kyu nhi lagega" no proper details mentioned. Room condition is also not well. Basic room facilities mentioned are not available.

Property was near railway station. It is good stay for family. Restaurant item are also economical and good in taste. Staff was helful

It was terrible, rooms are not as shown in pictures. It was extremely dirty and the manager and other staff are rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I do not recommend it to anyone. Very very bad experience.

The location is near the railway station but the owner is not well behaved not cooperating and not providing the facilities that we booked for. The hotel is not for the family's stay. They serve alcohol in the property.

The hotel is very well located near to both railway station and metro station. In room dining facilities available. Front desk officer in the morning shift was slightly rude, but an elderly person was present in front desk who was very helpful and understanding. Hotel ran out of water due to maintenance

Property was clean, affordable, was situated very close to railway station. Service is really good, they took care of all the problems that we faced and dealt with it.
