Hotel staff is very rude. Specifically receptionist cross questions too much. Don’t go my low price of hotel.

Waited for 1:30 hrs to check in. Geyser wasn't working even after informing them. Was forced to take cold in the cold season for three consecutive days. Dirty tea cups. Rooms were not properly cleaned even once. No amenities like coffee powder, milk powder other than toiletries like shampoo & soap. No tissues in room or bathroom. Didn't even provide with the final invoice during checkout. When asked, they said will send through mail. Even after calling for the same they didn't provide it, instead deleted all the items all the room service we ordered from whatsapp. Front desk people lack basic knowledge to treat their customer. People even looking for a decent hotel should skip this one. Don't go by numerous fake reviews. Most important thing is the location, it's is in most crowded place in jaipur surrounded by state transport and private travels.

Location of hotel was little weird as it was in centre of congested bus stand and lot of traffic. Fortunately we got parking in basement of hotel so it was fine. I would say it’s fine for a short stay with given budget.

Hotel are very bed, in the washroom no water availability in maximum time. Lighting in the room is not a proper manner, ac is always off ac main switch control from the reception only.

It's a very good hotel in this price point and good service provided by the hotel management, we ordered some food at 12am but they brought it in 10-15 mins the service is good. I stayed here for 1 night i liked the experience a lot the only problem for me it was non-veg also. Overall experience was good. No thanks

Stay at this hotels gives you the best experience of hospitality, the rooms are nice and clean with all the amenities, room service is great, the location of this hotel is at the city centre to access the local market and travel. Had a wonderful experience here.

The rooms are not clean and bedsheets were not properly washed. Every time i needed to open the door, i had to call one person because the doors were jammed. The washroom smells.

Rooms were spacious, clean and good, check in was smooth. Hotel location is at close proximity to railway station and metro stations also bike rentals. Would recommend the place for anyone else looking to stay in jaipur
