The building structure is good but lack of experience seems in management, we have to ask for every small thing which is basic like toiletries etc. They have not checked the rooms before allotment, there wasn't the water in the bathroom and ac wasn't working so they changed the room again. Finally it took an hour to settle down ourselves which was so uncomfortable at late night specially along with kids and old parents. I am not saying it is a bad stay because the staff was supporting but not as per expectation as seen in pictures and especially not worth the amount we have paid.

Sir in travel industry, the first and foremost thing is to think about customer and his preferences. Before booking this property we have requested to have a early check in around 9. 00 am which was a genuine request which should have been given as the rooms were available. But the desk manager asked straight in front to pay extra. It's not always the ambience or rooms, but guest are also flabbergasted by the way of talking and understanding customer request.
