Staff was very unprofessional and unsupportable, rooms are very dirty. And please don’t show these kind of hotels like very wow condition & high prices and don’t show very high discounts on these.

Hotel staff initially denied for booking however afterwards booking done. But bathroom condition was very bad, doors are broken, no lock, and hygiene was not up to mark.

Never seen worst experience in my life.....staff are totally non co operative...staff was given a dirty hall instead of the room I had booked. plus..there was no light in the bathroom

There is good welcome at reception. The room is very clean, ac is working very good. The fod is delicious and service is fast. Overall very good response.

🪳 🪳 🪳 cockroach DJ party going on the bad. Pillow and mattress are in third class condition. No latch in room and in washrooms.. Foot mat. Pillow

Unexpected experience

The place is unclean, unhygienic. Even after complaining to the concerned persons they were not helpful. Looked like the rooms had not been cleaned for quite a few days, the toilets were in unclean. They complimentary breakfast comes with a rider, in case of double occupancy, both the occupants have to necessarily order the same dish - this was most outrageous. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Toilet sheet was dirty and had stains. The plush was not working properly, on complain to the staff it was fixed. Yesterday afternoon i had order for paratha but they had made after made available the same in evening on repeated order. In the morning too there was no tea. Water bottle were given to me on repeated requests.
