No tolerable ambience, they don't have their own parking, for food 50% good and hotel is quiet pathetic, staff slow in work

Our stay was pathetic. Room was so dirty and smelling so bad. They has mentioned wrong pics. They are fooling customers. Door locks are broken. Washbasin was also broken. There was not safety at all. Hotel receptionist forced us to give rate 5.

Overall experience waste of money.. Hotel manager asked extra money for extra mattress which was included in booking. Geyser was not working. Complementry breakfast option was only bread butter and poha, which should be at least pratha etc. Mosquito was in room. Untrend staff. Location was not exactly on map, contact number was not responding. No parking area in hotel.

2. We checked in late at night 11pm and in spite of calling them and informing them about the arriva, the rooms were not kept ready. We booked signature size rooms but only one signature room and other standard room was allocated stating there is geyser problem. The entire hotel smelt of cigarette and was not at all safe for the family. The rooms did not have proper locks either. There was no bucket/ mug in bathroom and they provided us used unsealed water bottles. Makemytrip rating is misleading.

Great place. Hospitable staff, nice room, good food, great location. Overall a great place and under budget

Worst worst worst ! pathetic service. The door lock was not there. Hotel staff kept coming in without knocking in night. They did not provide essentials on check in. The room is in worst condition. Water is leaking from everywhere. Never book this hotel.

It was a nice experience staying at hotel ghoonghat jaipur. Easily check in, daily cleaning. Supportive and well educated satff. And food quality very nice. . Nice location. All tourism places and monoments near by hotel. All over good. And i would like to thank the hotel manager mr. Hem singh
