Terrible Stay

The pictures shown of the hotel n room was different. It seems to be a shady place and service was also not good. Next day i went for the breakfast, i was disappointed there too. I would have paid the same price or lesser for a better place than i have paid for my last stay. Highly disappointed

Very old hotel. There is no room boy available. Fans and room covered with dust. Coffee cups are broken. Very dissatisfied.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is supported as well. The food was good, the location is very close to sindhi camp bus station. Overall a worthy stay.

Location was great. The hotel room, bathroom were okay. It probably needs new paints / fixtures. Stay was comfortable. The restaurant food was okay.

The stay overall was good. But they need to be slightly more prompt to respond to the guests requests. The breakfast spread was good, the rooms were good too. The best part of this hotel is its location. One can easily get a cab, an auto or an e rickshaw to commute from the main gate of this hotel. There is no need to prebook an auto or a cab.

Smelly airon unhygienic room, unclean toilet with flies, slow lagging wifi and tv not working have to call the technician every now and then. Nizam the worst hotel manager who is unprofessional and rude.

Toilet seat was broken, they assigned us a different room than requested, we had to make multiple calls to get things done, receptionist was unprofessional, never going back to the same hotel again

Unnecessary issues created during check in

> our agent booked the room but they declined to provide us the check on the pretext of the minor mistake in the name. We were providing our id as per the government norm along with the voucher still he was adamant on exact name. Wasted half an hour in the process. > we had booked the hotel with meals i. E. Dinner and breakfast. The person at the hotel said that meals are provided for 2 adults. The check in experience was really tiresome. When you are hungry and need quick check in, such irritating rules are unjustifiable.
