Worst stay ever, bad room, worst bathroom, they give room keys with a special rider that this is digital key and if you left it in a room you need to pay- room rate is high

They lacked cleanliness floor was not properly cleaned the washroom looked so dirty and messy toilet seat the staff took it so casually and did not give much attention to the guest’s needs

It was a good stay and excellent view, best at this price. Friendly staff, rooms could be a bit better in terms of interior, some amenities were missing but overall experience was good

Hotel was good when i called them that my flight is delayed then even wait for me till 4am and give me check-in keys and rooms was also cleaned

Very nice hotel but breakfast to late 8:45 to start but i will be in hotel checkout 8:45 but not good for breakfast time thanks. Any hotel aa time for breakfast 7:30 to 10. The hotel recpect me to tea in checkout time so very good to me

Suggest for regular travelers to do not book room in this hotel, terrible experience last week. Stay here 5 nights for official tour. 3 times room changed. Room key not given to me. Tv not working. A. C. Was leaking at night and water was falling on the wooden floor bed in their aqua room too small their premium room is very small light in room not. When i had complained, one staff would talk very comfortably, and the other staff would stand in my room like a bouncer in a night club and ask what had happened. Their behavior is like bouncer in night clubs. Almirah not in use. They blocked with a rope. 2-3 days lift is not working. Their hotel is at at 8th floor. They ask me to pay tea given with morning breakfast. I had missed 2 days breakfast, as they take more time to serve in morning. I left hotel at 10:00 am, for official meet but breakfast not given. I would suggest please do not book a hotel room.

very nice hotel...staff were very humble and helpful..allowed me to check-in in advance for 1 hour...gave mobile charger and boiler pot to drink hot water...washroom was clean..overall good experience 👍🏻

Hotel is very dirty and staff behaviour is rude, they have threatened me that if do any complaint then we will use our contacts and u will face inconvenience.

worst experience. hot water not available and the receptionist said that why u need hot water. Sher is very rude. the hotel washroom is very dirty. no light in washroom. very important to be noted to every traveler. they don't provide you keys. your door is kept open irrespective your luggage is in the room or not. if u ask for keys u have to keep 300rs has deposite. no choice for breakfast. infact the breakfast starts from 10am. the kitchen is very dirty and unhygienic. if u see the kitchen and they chief hygiene u will never ever taste food from there. this hotel is it worth of more than 500rs per night. the TV doesn't work here. I stayed for 3 nights and it's very horrible as no cooperation from staff. infact all staffs behave as if they r the boss and they and doing some favours on customers by giving us stay. unsatisfied hotel stay and it was not worth more than 500rs per night bcoz no TV was working, no breakfast, no hygiene, no hot water, rude behaviour of receptionist lady and lots more
