2- bad there was a duck on the next floor tooo loud music and windows were vibrating he gave us a very small room inside of booking the superior room…. staff were very very rude

First, the room size mentioned isn't correct. The room size allotted to me is very small. Secondly, the rooms and corridor were stinking with cigarette smoke. Thirdly, the hotel is having a pub on which played loud music. It was so high that we felt like the drums beating on head. Though my stint was for only few hour as i was traveling, it wasn't a comfortable stay

We have booked the deluxe room for 2 with breakfast. Everyday after so many follow up they will serve breakfast around 12 pm. Worst response from reception

1. No breakfast buffet. Also no options for breakfast and even they did not served breakfast early as i had to checkout early. 2. Unhygienic rooms with smelling bedsheets. 3. Overall not a pleasant stay

Clean and tidy hotel reception and staff ready to help you, very well mannered and polite one issue i had was rooms are cozy, hotel is that on 8th floor & club on 9th floor after 5pm the loud music vibrate the room till 11 - 11. 30

Smelly room and most of the item in the room broken. No hot water availability and air purifier. Also very noisy in night dur to top floor club.

Used bed and their everything. No towel. Cigrate buds in bathroom, too smelly bathroom with no working exhaust fan. Tv is not working also. On bed a female hairs. Too bad

Room is small compared to the bathroom… food is expensive and breakfast is very average. Overall just ok type.
