Hotel looks unsafe for family, untrained staff, no any importance to customer or guest, at the place of superior 3 bed delux room a small size room allotted with a double bed and a single gadda only. Bed sheet was torn and dirty, blanket was dirty and smelling, room was full of smoking smell, tap and flush was leaking. Balcony was dirty with pan residue. Overall terrible experience. A kind of cheat to customer (us) as we were not able to get refund in case of cancellation. At-least this facility could be provided, so that customer can take decision if found room not as per detail shared will booking.

The hotel is pathetic. Rooms are so small. Staff isn’t friendly. They dont provide dental kit, hand towel. One day there was no hot water. I showered with cold water on 31/12/23 i. E. In december month when its so cold. Even breakfast was pathetic and they wanted to charge extra 60- for milk as well. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

The location is near the station that's perfect and the foods were delicious but the interior i. E. Rooms were small in ground floor. That's it.

Very bad experience. The guy sitting at the reception during afternoon time is very arrogant. They don't provide bathing soaps and said that guests need to bring own soaps as per their choices. Neither ac nor fan was working properly. The bed mattress was terrible. Location is also in a very interior region. Highly overpriced as well

Room is clean. Staff are very cordial and most importent is services of resturent staff. However the only disadvantage is a bit far away from market area and in a interior area.

Great location, easy to get in city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good.

Hotel is good rooms are clean, big rooms, food is also good and hotel staff is also good. Near by to sindhi camp bus stand, location is also good walk-in from bus stand.

Service is okey. But not upto the expectations. As my room ac was not working they took so long to find solution finally they shifted me to other room but till that time we are so frustrated as it's pretty hot day in jaipur.

Location of hotel is close to polovictory theatre on walking distance. Food was the best part of the whole stay of us. taste was good in reasonable prices. Ok in terms of hygiene and safety.

I was staying here for 1 night with family and friends and this was the worst hotel experience ever. A customer staying alone at hotel got in physical fight for no reason. We were having a discussion with the hotel staff regarding extra mattresses and suddenly a guy comes in murmuring hunuman challisa and gets physical with one of my friend. The person ran away after he realized he was outnumbered by us. This incident happened at around 4:30 am since we checked in late night due to our late night flight. Hotel staff had no idea about the person until a helper confirmed that the person was actually their customer. We asked hotel manager to take legal action against the person but they were not at all interested in any legal action. We requested mm t for same and they too had no interest in registering any kind of legal action. So in short if you are a traveling here and u face this incident you are on your own.
