Hotel service and offerings were quite brilliant and the facilities provided are far better than others like 24x7 hot water and quick room services etc.

The service was terrible asked for tea was not available in the morning asked for warm water didn't come. Hot water for the shower was not available, had to go to reception ask for it as intercom was not working.

They take at least 2 hours in getting water bottles and you need to call them at least 3 times for water. Food was pathetic.
